Buoy meets Pillar

Buoy meets Pillar is the collaborative offering from Emma Gray of 1st Pillar and Helen Burge of Buoyant Impact. Together we can provide support to school business leaders, CFOs, COOs, Heads of Department, Executive Teams, Governors and Trustees. And also have fun and encourage each other as independent consultants!

We started delivering "Risky Business" sessions in 2025 and are pleased to be working in 2026 with Hays Recruitment and SBL regional groups to deliver these informative and interactive sessions to even more colleagues.

We are also excited about our School Business Leadership Immersive Programme - 18th-19th June 2026 in the Royal Agriculture College in Cirencester. This is a two day executive programme designed for in-school CFOs exploring strategy, systems and sustainability.
