How long we retain information
We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and to comply with legal obligations. We will keep financial records, contracts, and other necessary documentation for six years after our relationship with you ends, in line with financial record-keeping regulations. Your information is securely stored under password protected conditions; any paper documentation is stored in a locked filing cabinet on secure premises. We will dispose of your information securely through confidential shredding.
